In the past, I was lost in sins. My mum made me go to
tutoring AND Chinese school AND piano lessons all in primary school. I didn’t
like it when I was young because everyone else got to stay at home and they didn’t
need to do any homework. I thought it was a waste of my weekends and I was very
unhappy. Sometimes I got so unhappy that I pretended to be sick so my mum won’t
let me go to those classes. But I knew that is not right and I was sinning
because I was lying to my family.
BUT…
Thank you to the Lord who died on the cross for me! Because
he has helped me a lot when I believed in him and said the prayer. Before I was
lost and sad, but now I am found and happy. The Lord gave me happiness by
letting me know that tutoring, Chinese school and piano lessons is actually the
best thing that happened to me!
For tutoring, today I am finding school work a lot easier
than some of my friends because they do not go tutoring and I would get awards
for good marks. For Chinese school, today I can talk to my Chinese friends and
family in Cantonese and Mandarin and they mostly can understand me. For piano
lessons, today I play the piano for this church because my lessons have helped
me. On the 20th of February 2011, I accepted the Lord and I am not
longer lost in sins but I can live a life full of happiness.
